we specialize in spatial design that is thoughtfully balanced with a modern minimalist and transitional style. We love getting to know our clients on a personal level so we can best help them with their design needs. We work with you to maximize your budget, knowing where to save and where to spend, and offer a range of design services to fit each client's individual needs. We have a modern, streamlined approach that is efficient and enjoyable for all.

FULL SERVICE INTERIOR DESIGN

Our full service design uses our enjoyable and pragmatic design approach, that leaves our clients with a custom done for you home. We start off by getting to know you, how you function, your daily habits and personal style. This is crucial for us to create a timeless design that is unique to you and your family. Throughout the design process we communicate the design intent by room, starting with layout, then big picture design and of course all the details, to ensure you love the custom spaces we are about to create for you. We work with contractors and coordinate specialty trades to ensure the design vision is carried to fruition. Our full service design fee is based on individual project needs, starting at $5,000. We also have product and material cost minimums. Both design fees and product costs are varied based on your projects design needs.

the process —

Phase I - Discovery

  • Upon receiving your inquiry form we schedule a complimentary introductory call. During this time we discuss your project scope + budget, get to know you a bit more, and answer any questions you might have about our design process. Once we receive the walk through fee, of $250, we go ahead and schedule an in person walk through.

  • We start off by seeing each room and talking through what you currently love or don’t love about the each space, determine your wants, needs and big picture goals. Getting to know how you function is key to our process and allows us to create a layout that best reflects your families lifestyle and daily habits. To conclude this meeting we measure each space and take lots of before pictures.

  • We pre-send the project proposal and client agreement for you to review. During this meeting we sign on the line and collect the design deposit to get started! Then with a shared pinterest board, we review all the inspiration you have pinned. We take a deep dive into the details of your personal style, so we can really nail your custom design!

Phase II - design

  • We are big believers that how a space functions should always be a priority when it comes to design, you’ll see that is how we have structured our pragmatic design process. We present you the ideal floor plan layouts per room that best reflects your lifestyle.

  • The big design reveal! Based on the desired design layout, we present the full design for each room. This includes product selections, finishes and any details to convey the design that reflects your families personal style.

  • We understand that sometimes you may want to make a few changes to the design, with that in mind we offer one round of edits to the design based on feedback from our style meeting. The design edits will be sent in an email, and any additional edits to the design will be billed at our hourly rate.

Phase III - create

  • once your unique design is finalized, we send a design proposal for all the product and finishes. Upon receiving approval and deposit we purchase the product and send an invoice for shipping. We keep a close eye on the status of your orders, tracking them to our local warehouse and send any status updates your way. All warehouse fees are billed monthly.

  • We coordinate and schedule our preferred sub-contractors (electricians, painters, etc) and specialty trades (drapery, art installer, and wallpaper hangers) to carry out the design. For larger renovations and new build projects we work together with and oversee the general contractors work for design conformity. teamwork makes the dream work!

  • We schedule all product delivery from our warehouse and oversee furniture and accessory installs. We style up the spaces for the final design reveal before photographing your beautiful new home that is uniquely yours!

VIRTUAL DESIGN DIRECTION

A completely virtual and easy to follow process that provides you with a custom curated design and all the tools to implement it on your own. Our design direction service has a slightly modified design process to our full service offering for a more hands on approach. We design the space for you and send you a comprehensive design package giving you all the details of the finalized design. The ordering and installation is up to you, although we suggest purchasing all at once to ensure the design is carried out and you don’t run into availability issues. The design fee is uniquely based on your projects needs, starting at $2,500 and varied based on your unique design.

the PROCESS

Phase I - discovery

  • Upon receiving your inquiry form we schedule a complimentary introductory call. During this time we discuss your project scope + budget, get to know you a little bit more, and answer any questions you might have about our design process. We conclude the call by going over how to measure and photograph your spaces, accompanied by a how-to pdf. Once we receive the measurements + pics from you and a walk through fee fo $200, we go ahead and schedule the virtual walk through.

  • During our virtual walk through we start going over the measurements and pictures taken of each room. We also take some time getting to know how you function and how you plan on using each space. This allows us to create a layout that best reflect your lifestyle and daily habits. We conclude the meeting by reviewing the project proposal with your designs flat fee, the client agreement and next steps.

  • You’re official signed on with CPI, now time for the fun stuff! With our shared pinterest board, we review all the inspiration you have pinned to help communicate your personal style. We take a deep dive into the details of your preferences, colors, style, finishes, etc. and any other project goals before we start designing.

Phase II - design

  • We email over a pdf presentation with to scale floor plan designs for every room. Within a couple of days we ask that you send any feedback and questions you might have so we can keep the ball rolling!

  • The big design reveal! Based on the design layout, we present the full design for each room. This includes product selections, finishes, and any details to help convey your custom design.

  • We understand that sometimes you may want to make a few changes to the design, with that in mind we offer one round of edits to the design based on feedback from our style meeting. The design edits are sent in an email, and any additional edits to the design will be billed at our hourly rate.

Phase III - deliverables

  • Our deliverables packet is broken out by room, starting with a to scale floor plan showing exact product sizes and location for each room.

  • We include 3 design boards per room to convey the design. A moodboard to remind us of the project inspiration, a vision board to show product selections together, and material board to show product finishes + details.

  • Every product selected, broken out by room, with all the information you need to bring your custom design to life! This includes direct links to purchase the product with all the ordering details + install tips!

DESIGN CONSULTATION

get your notebook and have your questions ready, a full 60 minutes of uninterrupted design expertise! Whether you are about to start the design process, in the middle of a renovation, or need help pulling together the final design elements, the sky's the limit. This is your time to ask any and every question you might have.

Offerings

  • Virtual Consult is offered at $350/hour

  • In-Person Consultation is offered at $350/hour plus travel fees
